In connection with broker onboarding and KYC services, BV Technologies acts as a data processor on behalf of the respective broker or financial institution, which acts as the data controller. We process personal data strictly in accordance with broker instructions and applicable Indian law.
BV Technologies does not provide brokerage, investment advisory, or financial market services and does not determine the purpose or means of processing personal data collected for broker onboarding.
